But that freedom comes with strict boundaries. No staff means no one to unlock the sauna if the timer glitches. No one to hand you a towel. The 24h Visitor Checklist
Reduce friction before you leave the house. The EC4R district is strict; the gym is utilitarian. Arrive prepared, or you'll be buying overpriced padlocks at the newsagent.
1 Lockers & Coins
Bring a padlock. If you forget, coin lockers take a refundable £1 coin. Bring the coin.
2 Towel Policy
Bring your own. There are no rental towels. Paper towels and spray are provided for equipment wiping.
3 Parking Reality
No gym lot. Use NCP Cannon Street (paid) or hunt for resident permit zones. Enforcement is aggressive here.
4 The Security Check
Have your membership pass ready. The lobby security (weekdays only) will ask for destination.
Pitfall: The "Hold" Myth
Cannon Green reception does not hold packages for buzzgym members. Do not ship your gear here. It will be returned.
