Membership & Digital Access
The 'No Contract' Clause
All memberships at buzzgym pleo operate on a rolling monthly basis. We do not enforce minimum term commitments or termination notice periods. You may cancel your subscription via the mobile app at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial months, but access remains active until the expiry date.
- Payment is auto-collected on the anniversary date of your signup.
- Failed payments trigger a 3-day grace period before access suspension.
- Reactivation is instant upon card update.
App & 24/7 Facility Protocol
Your digital membership grants access to the pleo mobile application and the physical facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access is tied to a unique QR code generated within the app. Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination without refund. The facility is monitored by AI-assisted CCTV for safety; by entering, you consent to recording.
Zone Etiquette & Equipment Liability
The Lift Zone and Hammer Strength areas are designed for heavy compound movements. We operate on a "Rack Etiquette" policy: if you did not re-rack your weights, you forfeit the right to complain about others not doing so.
User Responsibility
buzzgym pleo is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment, dropping weights (beyond acceptable failure), or lack of spotter assistance. All users must visually inspect cables and pins before load application.
Data Processing & Privacy
By using the buzzgym pleo app or entering the facility, you agree to the collection of biometric data (entry/exit logs) and usage metrics (class bookings, equipment usage). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the duration of your active membership plus a 12-month cooling-off period for dispute resolution.
The 'Community Pulse' Clause
Our events and DJ nights often feature photography and videography. Entry into the main floor during these events constitutes consent for your likeness to be used in promotional materials. If you wish to opt-out of specific event photography, please notify the front desk or email info@pleo-eco.com with "PHOTO OPT-OUT" in the subject line.

We use strictly necessary session cookies for app authentication. Analytics cookies are optional and require explicit opt-in via our cookie banner. No tracking cookies are deployed on the terms-of-service or privacy-policy pages.

Key Terms Defined
Refers specifically to the digital infrastructure of buzzgym. This includes the membership database, the mobile application, and the automated entry system. "Pleo" is the name of the backend logic that syncs your workouts.
Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days from the initial signup date. There is no annual contract. You can stop the "rolling" process at any time by cancelling in the app settings.
The physical facility is unlocked and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Note: Staff are not present during overnight hours; emergency services are reachable via the dedicated lobby phone.
The digital token displayed in the pleo app. This is your key to the building. It must be presented to the optical scanner at the turnstile. Static QR codes are not valid; the code refreshes every 15 seconds for security.

Violations of these terms are evaluated by facility managers during staffed hours. Automated flags (e.g., excessive failed scan attempts) trigger an immediate account review.
Robustness
Our digital terms are version-controlled. In the event of a discrepancy between website text and app display, the version active on the date of your last login takes precedence.
Limits
We reserve the right to revoke access for severe safety violations or harassment. This decision is final and not subject to appeal, though explanations will be provided in writing.
